FAST TO PICK UP, HARD TO PUT DOWN
SkyCruise is an arcade racer about carrying speed through a course that wants you to stop. Your ship runs on sunlight: the battery charges in the sun, from charge cells and from charge strips, and the dusk is always chasing you down the track. Steer, jump, hold the afterburner and keep the charge alive all the way to the gate.
Zones are short. Fly Again replays the same layout, so every attempt teaches you more of the line, and New Layout rolls a fresh one when you want a new puzzle.
FROM THE MINES TO ORBIT
Thirty-five zones in five biomes, seven zones each. Clear a zone to open the next one and earn a reward.
The Depths: mine galleries, deep factories and the foundry, lit by lamp lines instead of a sun.
The Works: factories, yards and logistics at the surface, under a smog that lets the sun through in patches.
The Sprawl: the low-rise city at night, all neon, traffic lanes and rooftops close enough to touch.
The Port: the spaceport, where other ships climb out on columns of fire while you fly between them.
Orbit: asteroids, stations and the sun with nothing in the way. The last gate launches you off the world.
Each biome ends in a finale with its own twist.
A COURSE THAT FIGHTS BACK
Drop hammers, hydraulic presses, foundry pours, laser gates, crane loads, level crossings, blast doors, airlocks, spinning ring gates and more: 18 kinds of hazard, most of them on a rhythm you can learn to read. Gunships fly alongside and fire bolts that drain your charge. Gaps, ramps, tunnels and bridges ask for clean jumps and cleaner lines.
SIX HULLS, EIGHT ABILITIES
Six hulls, from the starter Skiff to the Comet, the only ship that can phase through hazards. Each has its own top speed, afterburner, acceleration, braking, handling, grip, jumps and battery.
Win Gold medals with a hull to unlock its tunes: Overdrive after three, Reserve after seven.
Eight pilot abilities unlocked as you climb, from Drift and Afterburner to Solar Sail, Magnet and Shield.
Eleven liveries, seven engine trails, and a codex that fills in as you meet each hazard, gap and biome.
Eight soundtrack pieces, composed procedurally by the game.
PHOTO MODE AND REPLAYS
Photo mode from the pause menu: a free camera with lens, focus, aperture, exposure and framing guides, and photos saved at up to four times your screen resolution.
Watch your best run from the results screen: chase, orbit, free, trackside and keyframed cameras, slow motion down to a tenth of the speed, and the photo-mode lens on every frame.
