The Deep and the Ancient: Descend into claustrophobic underground chambers and navigate the oppressive halls of ancient ruins, where structural verticality changes how you hide and how you are hunted.

Control the intensity of your lantern. A brighter light reveals more of the environment but drains your precious oil rapidly. As your fuel drains, so does your vision, until the darkness completely swallows your surroundings. Choose your aura wisely: changing the lantern's color drastically impacts fuel consumption, with Blue burning oil twice as fast, and Red draining your reserves at triple the speed.

Encounter the mysterious Witch to unlock the lantern’s true potential. Cycle through different light colors instantly and without limits to manipulate the creatures around you. Use specific wavelengths to exploit individual monster weaknesses, repel them, or force translucent horrors to materialize.

Channel the ultimate power of your lantern by invoking forgotten prayers found in lost books. These sacred rituals cannot be cast anywhere at will; instead, they must be brought to specific points of interest to alter the world around you.
