Seal Island is home to Seal, Shark, and their cheerful group of friends. Life on the island used to be full of joy, and everyone believed those peaceful days would last forever—until an unexpected visitor, an orca, arrived. The orca not only damaged many of the island’s facilities, but also caused quite a bit of trouble for Seal and Shark’s friends. Just as Shark was trying to figure out how to drive the orca away, the orca struck first and kidnapped Shark!
To rescue Shark, Seal has no choice but to agree to the orca’s demand: to prepare the most delicious food for it to taste. Will Seal be able to save Shark? And what should be done about the orca afterward? A series of seemingly thrilling (or maybe not?) yet heartwarming stories is about to unfold on Seal Island—
Main Gameplay:
Food Crafting with Trait Synthesis
The game features a food crafting system based on trait synthesis. Recipes you learn include the ingredients required to make dishes, and some dishes can themselves become ingredients. Both food and ingredients may carry various traits that affect attributes such as quality, friendship value, freshness, and more. Traits can be combined—lower-level traits can synthesize into higher-level ones. While lower-level traits have smaller effects, higher-level traits provide stronger bonuses. These traits play a crucial role in the management aspect, and certain tasks may require dishes with specific traits.
Running Seal Cafe
It allows players to serve prepared dishes to island residents. Since there is no currency on the island and everyone values mutual support, food is exchanged using friendship points. As the diner levels up, players can offer more dishes. The more friendship points you accumulate, the greater your contribution to the island—making Seal happier and allowing the diner to grow further, unlocking more heartwarming stories.
Popularity is also important: serving more food increases popularity, attracting more visitors. High-quality dishes and those with traits that boost friendship points will earn even more. Ingredients may also need to be obtained through friendship exchange. Choosing the right combinations of dishes and traits is key to progression.
Farming System
As the game progresses, players will unlock a garden. With it, you can grow your own ingredients to make up for what the shop lacks. The traits of harvested ingredients are closely tied to the seeds used, and ways to modify seed traits will gradually become available.
Fishing System
No island is complete without fishing! Catch the biggest fish through exciting QTE gameplay and keep pushing your limits.
