OFFICE is an indie adventure game presented as an adult psychological visual novel. Players follow Jihye as she navigates shifting relationships in a familiar workplace setting after discovering a secret involving her colleague Jaehyun and her close friend Sua.
Gameplay
The experience centers on a narrative delivered through dialogue and narration from Jihye's perspective. At key moments, players make choices that determine her next steps and influence the direction of events. The story explores themes of jealousy, trust, and power dynamics in personal and professional relationships.
Visual elements include CG scenes that illustrate important story beats along with character presentations. Backgrounds feature an optional anomaly search mode where players can look for unusual details. A dress-up minigame allows combinations and adjustments of outfits. Unlocked CG scenes can be revisited in a dedicated gallery. Audio includes Korean voice acting for selected dialogue lines, which can be toggled on or off. The full text supports Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Russian.
Game Modes
The core structure consists of a central storyline that reaches its own conclusion. Two short alternative endings branch from player decisions during the main narrative. These paths provide different resolutions while remaining tied to the same set of characters and core events. No separate multiplayer or competitive modes exist; the focus stays on single-player story progression and exploration of relationship outcomes.
Story and Characters
Jihye begins with ordinary days at work that change after her discovery. The plot follows her confrontation with personal feelings and reevaluation of bonds with Jaehyun and Sua. The narrative builds around these interpersonal tensions without introducing unrelated subplots or external conflicts beyond the workplace environment.
Season information confirms that this version contains Season 1 in full. Its conclusion includes a preview that leads into Season 2, setting up further developments for those who complete the initial arc.
