Twelve such fusion weapons exist in total. Heroes bring distinct starting advantages, such as Arzan dealing increased damage while moving, Saddie Backfire performing a dashing ram attack, or Gangrim beginning with a whip. Clearing the final stage unlocks unique Underworld outfits for each hero.

Six stages offer four difficulty settings. A boss appears at the eight-minute mark on each stage, and clearing it awards up to three stars depending on performance. The final stage, Underworld Road, features the Underworld Judge guarding the path and Yeomra at the conclusion. Endless mode opens immediately and runs until the thirty-minute final boss arrives. A Codex tracks all 46 yokai encountered, including the 11 bosses.
Keyboard, mouse, and Xbox controller support allow flexible input. Runs focus on single-player progression through these timed stages or the open-ended Endless format, with no multiplayer elements confirmed.
