While the descendants light the lanterns to accompany the souls of their ancestors, it is now your role to guide them toward the far shore. As the lanterns follow the river, the spirits follow your path.
You guide. They follow.
The spirits walk on their own. You are only the guide: read the board, choose the turns, lay your arrows. Then press play and watch them set off for the other side.
It may not work the first time
Spirits are fragile beings: running into each other or taking the wrong path can make them fade away. Every failed run gives you a glimpse of the rules that govern the world of the dead. Press pause, correct the path, run it again. And take your time. All of them must reach the far shore.
The way back is often winding
Switches, sealed doors, colors, traps and much more. The road is full of obstacles and you'll discover them one at a time.
