Inspired by Gravity Defied, the 2004 trial racing game from keypad phones.
LEAN, BALANCE, FINISH
Ride a trial motorcycle over hills, drops and steep walls. Use the throttle and the brake, lean the rider back to lift the front wheel and forward to keep it down. Touch the ground with your head and the run is over. Restart instantly and try again.TWO WAYS TO RIDE
- Original: the physics of the classic, rebuilt from scratch without the original code. 480 test runs on all 30 tracks with all four bikes match a reference model of the original physics bit for bit on every tick. A hard landing can break the bike apart, as it did back then.
- Modern: its own smoother physics. The bike does not break apart, and holding the brake stops the bike and rolls it backwards.
TRACKS AND BIKES
- 30 classic tracks in three leagues: Easy, Medium and Hard. All tracks are open from the start.
- Four bikes: 100cc, 175cc, 220cc and 325cc, each with its own power, speed, grip and handling. Finish every track of a league to unlock the next bike.
- A personal best for every track, bike and mode, to a hundredth of a second.
LOOK AND SOUND
- Detailed pixel art that stays sharp from 720p to 1440p.
- Three times of day by league: an alpine morning, a sunset and a dusk with the moon and stars.
- 31 original songs: a menu theme and one song for every track.
- Every bike has its own engine sound with a virtual five-speed gearbox.
CONTROLS
- Keyboard with rebindable keys, or a gamepad.
- The numpad keysets 1, 2 and 3 of the phone original, in phone or digit row order.
- Interface in 20 languages.
