ELEVADOOM is a chaotic 2–4 player co-op game about an elevator with way too much luggage.
Every night the building hands you a list of memories to collect. You ride down, floor by floor, through someone's life: the toy shop from their childhood, the arcade from their teens, the leaky rented flat and the office on any given Monday. Doors open, you sprint out and grab everything you can before they close again.
The catch is the elevator: it has a weight limit. Overload it and it stops, and someone has to decide what goes down the hatch. Sometimes it's a TV. Sometimes it's a friend.
Nobody can do it alone. Every player wears a uniform with something the others need:
The Foreman knows what to bring back and can see each floor's owner through walls.
The Appraiser tells the real thing from the copies and can tell when something is about to blow up.
The Operator is the only one who can run the elevator (and call it from anywhere).
The Porter knows how much everything weighs and is the only one who can carry the heaviest things alone.
Features
4-player online co-op. Talk, shout and split the work.
Toy-like physics: copiers you carry in pairs, vases that break, presents that tick and microwaves that really shouldn't be shaken.
Owners who don't want you taking their stuff: the shop assistant, the arcade manager, the landlord and Ramiro. Get caught and you're held until a friend rescues you.
Grab your friends and throw them (down the hatch, for example).
Adorable armless characters with floating hands that fall apart with every bump.
A passive-aggressive elevator voice that comments on every decision.
Proximity voice chat: they hear you muffled through the elevator doors.
