ColorBlend FX: Desaturation is a 2.5D puzzle-platformer metroidvania that weaves a tale of glow, courage, and creativity. Join the Splatians, as they unite to restore the stolen essence back to their world, while trying to find a way to shut-down Lord Ashen, a government project that led to the extinction of the humanity.
Swim in paint pools, get yourself colored, interact with different devices that react to your appearance and don't get slimed out by the S.L.I.M.E.
Explore the overworld, university, physics research facility, railway tunnels, mines. Find & obtain different upgrades, solve puzzles based on colors and physics. Drive trains, mine ore and discover the magical Crystals of Essence and use them on your main mission to recover the chaos.
But remember: You will die a lot! A spring will yeet you at some spikes. Or you will fall on those spikes. Or a moving platform will help you only to betray you at the end. Or a S.L.I.M.E. will dash at you. Or a gas canister will fall on your head. And those CHALLENGING BOSSES... you will remember them for sure! Only to fail some parkour and die to fall damage...
